PEDRO FLEITAS GONZALES Shihan 15th Dan (Spain)
The Shihan Pedro Fleitas Gonzalez gold medal from Bujinkan received on December 2nd 2001 in Tokio, went to Japan 52 times to study deeply the discipline. He has trained more than 70 learners who have succeeded the Sakki Test (5th dan) getting the Shihan degree.
He was the organizer of 2 Taikai in Gran Canarias, Spain. Under the leadership of the Soke Masaaki Hatsumi, he was the co-organizer of the Taikai in Barcelona, Spain in 1997.
In 1993 he cooperated with Taikai Argentina. He has participated to over 40 international conferences, he is the author of various books about Martials Arts Bujinkan. He has translated into Spanish some Soke's passages among which "Bujin", Art Director of the Bujinkan International Samyaku magazine "Bujinkan Densho in Spain", he has realized different videos among which the one in Gran Canaria realized with the Soke in 1995 and later in 1997 the video Sanshin.

STEFFEN FRÖHLICH Shihan 15th Dan (Germany)
Born in 1954 in Lichtenstein. Froolich is the founder member of the Asia-Gym in Dietzenbech Hessen where he is the Mental and Health Coach.
Since 1979 he has been working as an expert educator in motivation techniques for many companies. Training teacher of Karate he starts in 1983 the leadership of the Soke Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi to study hard the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.
Since1987 he has participated to various Taikai in Japan, USA, Spain, France, and England and in 1994 he was introduced as the Bujinkan Golden Dragon as he achieved The Soke Hatsumi's teachings.
In 1996 the Soke awarded him the 10th Dan of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.In 1999 he organizes a Taikai in Frankfurt (Germany) with 450 members from over 20 different countries.
In 2004 at the Bujinkan Tokyo, he was awarded the 15th Dan – Ju Godan Ku the highest degree of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. He is also the founder and director of INAG "INCORPORATED NINJUTUSU ASOCIATION OF GERMANY" which includes Russia, Hungaria and Lithuania. Furthermore he is the organizer and director of the Bujinkan event which takes place every year in Germany. He has held Seminars and workshops in Europe, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Hungaria, Czech Republic and Lithuania.

GIUSEPPE COSTA Shihan 15th Dan (Italy)
Giuseppe Costa 15th Dan has been training for many years under the direction of the Soke Masaaki Hatsumi who gave him the title of Yoryu (Sun Dragon). Since 1984 he has practiced Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. He started martial arts when he was only 9.He got the 3th Dan in Karate 2nd Dan in Judo and 1st Dan in Kendo.
Awarded with the Bujinkan gold medal from the Soke in Tokyo in 2004 he belongs to Shidoshi-Kai (International Budo Taijutsu Bujinkan Masters Directory).
He is the author of some technical video about Budo Taijutsu sports techniques and is also the traslater of various international Bujinkan publications.
He has organized events, conferences and has also worked with Members of "Police Special Forces".
He is the founder of the Yoryu Italy, organization created for the study of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.
He has trained qualified instructors following the Hombu Dojo Japan programme regarding technique education and organization, in order to obtain the CONI admission which (as law requires) must certificate every instructor of Yoryu Italy.

AURELIO COSTA Shihan 15th Dan (Italy)
The Shihan Aurelio Costa was born in 1974 and he has a degree in Economics. He is direct student of Soke Masaaki Hatsumi, who gave him the name Senryu (Mighty Dragon). For many years he teaches Budo Taijutsu in Italy.
He travels frequently to Japan, and attends Taikai and seminars around the world.
He practice martial arts since he was 7 years old. After he reached the 1st dan in Judo and 1st dan in Kendo he has dedicated her studies at Budo Taijutsu.
He studies Amatsu Tatara (natural medicine) and is part of Bujinkan Shidoshi-Kai (international association of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu Masters). He held monthly classes for Novice Instructors, Instructors and National and International stage.
